PRABHAT AGARWAL filed complaint against Indigo Airlines on Jul 20, 2020
I had booked my flight ticket on **th Jan`** from Lucknow to Bangalore for **th March`** for ** passengers which I had to reschedule due to Pandemic & lockdown . So I re booked the same with Indigo directly for *st Aug`** under Flexi Plus Fare . Refer attached itinerary mail received from Indigo for my travel scheduled on *st Aug , which was booked on **nd March`** under FlexiPlus fare and thus spent extra money . Snapshot of ticket also attached for fare type clearly reflecting as Flexi Plus.
As could be seen in ticket as well as if we go through the fare policy of Indigo [ https://www.goindigo.in/travel-information/en/fare-rules.html ] under Flexi Plus Fare lower cancellation charge i.e. Rs.***/- per passenger only to be levied .
" Now since still due to panademic we are unable to move , am trying to cancel my booking but instead of lower cancellation fees as mentioned in Flexi Plus , complete cancellation fees is levied ."
I am unable to get refund as per Flexi Plus Fare policy as well as Indigo is denying to refund as per policy but insisting to reschedule . I am not intrested to reschedule but would like my refund as per Flexi Plus Fare Policy .
So approached customer care number but all in vain for they are insisting to mail and when i have mailed I am not getting answer by only Ticket Number *******. they want to retain my hard earned money without any reason.
Indigo to allow me refund as per Flexi Plus Fare Policy as mentioned in site as well as itinerary under scheme which same is booked and levy low cancellation fees.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
