I was ordered lg * ton ac orderno-RDF******** on **th March,****. But it was not delivered on time so I requested to cancel the product & refund my amount. I taken follow-up with escalation team & send mail to ceo as well But till now i have not received my amount & even on website it is showing status as shipped . Tried to talk with customer care but every where i received false promise that I will get refund but till now i have not received please take a restrict action to refund my amount against this fraud company.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
