Oda class pigeon education pvt Ltd - No refund on withdrawal from online course

I had taken admission for my daughter in a course on * Jan ** for class *-* and paid full amount of Rs *****/-. Course Duration is from ** Jan ** to ** Mar ** ( Total ** months approx). My daughter attended classes upto Mar ** and then due to change living I changed her school. From new school she comes back around *:** pm in evening. Due to adequate homework of school and tiredness she refuses to attend oda online classes. So on ** Mar ** I mailed Oda regarding the issues and requested them to cancel my admission and refund admissible amount. They replied that Refund window closed on * days after purchase of course. Refund not applicable. Since than I had mailed * more times but in last mailed they again said the same thing. I had paid full amount of Rs *****/- and during discussion on purchase of the course their mentor verbally assured me that You can withdraw anytime in future.
