To whomsoever it may concern,
This is with reference to my booking with Ref ID REF********* dated **-**-**** of Kamal Thobhani from AMD ---> DEL. The booking has been cancelled from your end but the refund has not yet been received nor any mail for refund initiation has been provided from your end. I have been told several times on call but yet there is no update. KIndly requesting you to provide my refund at the earliest possible.
Kindly provide me with my refund at the earliest otherwise I would need to approach to crime branch cell as I think this is clear fraud with the customer.
Also, kindly requesting you to provide the Refund reference number as you people are saying refund is already initiated from your end.
