I when I was playing for a trip with yatra.com
They asked me to pay a certain amount without planning anything, (when I was still looking at itineraries,) just to lock the dewali offers.I asked them if the amount is ***% refundable and if I cancel will I get my money back and they told it is refundable. I have there emails stating all this. When I cancelled They told that I will receive my refund in */* working days It’s been * weeks till now and I haven’t received my refund. I have there emails stating it’s refundable and an email that it is refundable
Now they have stopped replying to my email now
