Swiggy - Refund and payment

Hi ,i ordered * times on swiggy , delivery agent was nt picking the call so cancelled by agent and refunded first of *** that was still not refunded..then again i placed the order and no one was assigned to pick my order so i cancelled it and cancellation fee of full amt of *** the swiggy took off who they are to take my money ? Its my loss the agent in swiggy talking abt cancellation policy as ** have to wait to cancel and get the refund but as i cancelled earlier they are taking it??? Seriously. I cant give my money for u guys .scamming on people and talking rules and regulations .u can take some percentage if cancelled early but swiggy dont have right to take full customers money off .i want my money back orelse ill raise a case for sure
