Go Airlines India Ltd - Refund and Claim

I made a booking for my family * adult and a Infant on the **th June **** for the flight **th June ****. The booking for made and we were charged a full amount of Rs. **, ***/- however this flight was cancelled by the Airline without giving any reason. my family had to go through a lot of mental harrasment by the staff as they were not updating as to what was going on and why was the flight cancelled. My family lives in Sikkim and they had traveled all the way from there, Tired and restless and then got a surprise. However the Airline also refused to give a refund for which i have been following up they purposely took our money knowingly that the flight was not going to operate but still. my Family had to take a private Taxi back to sikkim paying double and then travel back to bagdogra and then from there to Ahmedabad at a Higher price of travel with stress and mental torchure especially travelling with a Infant of ** months.
we would like to claim for our ticket refund and all the expenses and mental stress that my family went through because of the Airline and their staff.
