This is with respect to the Pathetic service provide by the Go Airlines. I have booked refundable from Male (Maldives) to Bangalore (India) with PNR K*JZQP in Go Airlines and the travel date was **/**/****. However due to this COVID-** I could not able to travel on this period. When I have requested for the full refund from the airlines with a lot of difficulties they have provided the flexible booking option till next year with the same passenger & same destination, but due to my personal issue which I have highlighted to airlines so many times through twitter & mail communication. Instead of that they have not provided me the full refund as other airlines like spice jet & Sri Lankan airlines already provided full refund after understanding my situation.Please support me for getting the full refund from Go airlines for the PNR K*JZQP as I could not able to travel for next * years and my PNR will be then in valid & I will lose my full booking amount.
