Dear Yatra.Com,
I Had Booked * Nos. Tickets From Bhubaneshwar To Jaipur Through Yatra.Com App For **th October,**** Which Was In IndiGo Airlines. For Some Personal Reason I Had To Cancel These All Tickets, When I Spoke To IndiGo Airlines For Refund, They Said We Have Refunded The Full Booking Amount Of Rs. *****.** To Yatra.Com.
When I Am Checking The Refund Status On The Website Of Yatra.Com, It Is Showing That Yatra.Com Will Refund Me Only Rs. ****.**. Whereas At The Time When I Was Cancelling The Ticket From Yatra.Com, I Was Being Shown That I Will Got Rs. ****.** As Refundable Amount.
When You Have Got Full Amount Of Rs. *****.** Refund From IndiGo Then Why Will You Give Refunds Of Only Rs. ****.** To The Customer, This Is A Fraud With The Customer And At The Time Of Ticket Cancellation, The Refund Amount Is Shown By You Is Different From Initiate Amount.
You Should Be Given Full Clarification In This Matter As To Why This Variance, Either You Should Be Refunded My Full Amount Or Else Be Ready For The Case In Consumer Court. I Have Enough Proof Of Cheating From Yara.Com
I Have Also Attached The Refund Invoice Pdf Of IndiGo For Your Proof.
