Malika Sood filed complaint against Zara on Jan 20, 2021
I had placed an order with ZARA on **th November **** and the amount of Rs.**** was deducted from my account as a pre-authorization payment. Even after numerous calls and complaints I still haven't received my refund.
I have been calling ZARA every day for * month and still, no one has helped me with this issue. Every day you just tell me that we are sorry for the inconvenience and we have escalated the issue to the finance department. It has been * month and still, your finance team could not provide me with * email saying that you have or haven't received the money.
MY BANK HAS CONFIRMED THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE MONEY.
I have bought so many clothes online BUT I HAVE TO SAY THAT ZARA HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WANT TO PUT ALL THIS ON RECORD
JUST ONE EMAIL SAYING WHAT HAS HAPPENED WITH MY TRANSACTION BUT NO YOU GUYS WILL NOT PROVIDE THAT.
PLEASE HELP ME SO THAT I CAN TAKE REFUND BACK
YOU HAVE INANY CASE TORTURED ME FOR * MONTH. STOP TORTURING YOUR CUSTOMERS AND GIVE THE REUND BACK.
