Dear Sir/Mam
This is to bring in your kind notice that I have booked a ticket through Goibibo on *feb **** at *:** P.m from karwar to jhansi at *****/- rs. The amount of rs *****/- was deducted through hdfc bank whose transaction was failed. The Goibibo team told me to refund my money un * to * days. Today they refunded my money in the different account without any prior notive and they transfered the whole money to my another account of Andhra bank which I was not operating from last * years or so the account is already seized. What to do how to get my money bank because bank already cut some amount from that money please help.
