Cleartrip - Refund amount not transferred after flight cancellation

Cleartrip is a fraud company. I have * refund issues pending for last ** days - Trip ID: ************ - Flight cancelled by Air asia with an option for full refund. I cancelled my tickets on **st Oct but no refund for last * days. Cleartrip says they are following up with Air Asia for refund. But I have got confirmation from Air Asia regarding full refund being paid to the merchant on **st oct itself (Merchant in this case is Cleartrip). It means they have not been following up with Air Asia for my refund case as Airasia would have informed the, about the refund being already done by them. They are just wasting my time. Trip ID: ************ - I booked different flight with cleartrip with Credit card but the payment failed in the end (as per Clear trip). But even after * days no refund was done to my account so I checked with ICICI. ICICI bank told me that payment was done to Cleartrip on **st Oct and they have to refund the money. Cleartrip is outright refusing to have received the payment. These are clear cases of fraud as in both the cases middle man is cleartrip and the money is lying with them only . They are only playing with the customer time and money. They cant take my hard earned money like that. I have seen multiple cases of such refund cases who are waiting for *-* months from cleartrip. I cant wait for this much time due to financial issue. Please look into the matter.
