I have booked a flight ticket on **th august through travolook site. But they didn't booked ticket & said due to some inconvenience your ticket was not booked, your amount will be refunded in *-** days. But not it's been more than * month they have not returned my money. I have called multiple times to them but every time they are saying it will be refunded this week but not refunding.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
