Hi,
Myself naresh peddy. I have booked ethihad flight from brussels to hyderabad (**-apr-****) and hyderabad to brussels (**- may-****). Booking id: nn*************.
Due to covid **, ethihad air lines cancelled the flight. I requested for the refund for the same. But till now i have not received the refund. I have done the transaction through my hdfc bank credit card. Amount is **, *** rs.
I tried so many times calling customer care and i sent mail to "internationalbookings@makemytrip.com". But till now response or refund from make mytrip.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
