i had paid rs ****/= on line as preselected charges for seat no ** A , on **/**/**** for singapore to mumbai , for flight no *W ** ,, the seat was not given to me on reason told as group booking so i was told by ur customer care , , the amount will be refunded within * days in my bank account , , i think i should approach tv channels or should my lawyer file A case against you airlines , ticket sent as attatchment , now no response from ur side , cheating people ie of India
