I have ordered a sunglass from Nykaa Man aap and have received the order on *th April ****. But the product was not same as it was shown there in the aap, so I have initiated a return on Nykaa Man aap. After returning the ordered sunglass on *th April****, I have not yet received the refund amount of ₹*** Yet. So I want to lodge a complain against Nykaa Man aap and want to get my amount of ₹*** asap. I have contacted the Nykaa Man aap time and again through call but they have not responded me well.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
