I have ordered impact whey protein *.* kg (salted caramel flavor) from my protein official website on **/**/****.order number *********.order has been placed by making online payment. Due to flavor issues I cancelled my order soon after placing it.I got the official mail from myprotein stating that your order has been successfully cancelled and the refund will be made within * to * working days. But the company didn't make any refund during the specified date so I contacted their help center stating the problem. After **hours I got the mail from myprotein stating that your refund will be made within ** to ** working days.even after ** days still I did not receive any refund amount nor the status of my refund information. So kindly request you to go through the complaint and take suitable action against the company to pay my amount back.
