Hi, I ordered creative ***g pack from myprotien app, I paid the money online also I got the confirmation that the transaction is successful but the next minute I got a mail again stating that there was some sort of problem in completing the order, I meam wtf is this they tool my money and not showing the product ordered neither they delivered it, it's been * month, the customer care is too poor mannnn!! they don't even pickup calls sometimes and keep postponing the problem
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
