On *th August **** I attempted to order *kg Whey Protein Vanilla Flavour from MyProtein India. I tried to pay through Google Pay, but due to some complications the payment seemed to not go through so I cancelled the order. However I later realized the money has been debited from my account, but no order has been placed.
I have reached out to MyProtein customer service multiple times - through live chat, messages, email and even the phone - but they have not resolved this for me at all.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
