I had booked tickets from Mumbai to Delhi (*W-***) on ** May **** and return ticket from Delhi to Mumbai (*W-***) on ** May **** on Jet Airways airline. I booked these bookings from agent Via.com. As we all are aware that Jet Airways has suspended all flights operation, I lost my money about Rs. **,***. I had contacted many times with my agent regarding the refunds but they are saying that they have processed my query but Jet Airways has not paid the amount to them. So I request you that please look into the matter as almost two years have passed. Thank you very much.
