Club factory - Refund amount not getting

Booked on: july *rd ****.
My order is in custom clearance on July **. Cf cancelled my order on August *th ****. But till now I didn't get my refunding amount. I paid my amount ₹*** by online payment. So many emails I send for the cf website but there is no response. Please solve my problem and get my refund amount back..
