Jeeves - Refund amount not credited

I purchased a TV from Flipkart and for installation of TV, Flipkart sent Jeeves consumer services person. He installed tv lateron he forced to purchase additional warranty for * yrs, saying if you want to cancel the warranty you can cancel with in ten days and then i saw reviews of Jeeves and i decided to cancel the extended warranty and i cancelled the warranty on next day, now the problem started they cancelled the warranty and not giving refund. Every time I call the customer care they are replying the same answer problem will be resolved in two days... Now it's almost two and half months over and i did not get refund.
