Shubhanker Mehra filed complaint against Amazon on Jul 19, 2018
I ordered a Oneplus * Cases - Amozo Royale Series Electroplated All Sides Protection Transparent Back Case Cover for One Plus * (Royale Red) on * july for which in total i paid ***. It was a worthless cover so i returned it immediately on recieving it and then the amount refunded to me was *** instead of ***.
I initially didnt noticed but then i got to know that there was a difference of rupees ** in the amount paid and refund amount.
After contacting them, they said that they will refund it but on the amazon pay balance that is not the same mode of payment.
So this amazon pay balance can only be used within a certain time duration and within amazon only.
I was pissed of with this as i was in loss, i constantly called them, wasted a lot of my time and lost my temper.
So firstly i dont need that amount in the pay balance account . secondly they said that in ** hours that amount would reflect in the amazon account which again didnt happened and its been * days.
Now i need a compensation against it.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
