Hi,
Yatra.com had booked wrong date for my Darshan in Tirupati. It was noticed when they shared the Darshan tickets with me. Since the slots were not available for the Darshan on planned date, they requested me to change the date of travel and promised to repay the cancellation amount of my train tickets.
The next mistake they did was, provided incorrect date in hotel to reserve the room.
The check in date supposed to be **nd of March and they shared voucher with me as check in date **nd of March. But in hotel they made * reservations in my name. One from from **nd of March and other from **rd. Then they cancelled the reservation from **nd which was not intimated to me.
So that I had to pay the early check in charge of ****/- at hotel. The total amount to repay by yatra.com is ****+***(cancellation charges) = ****.
Yatra.com is promised to repay this amount and they replied around * week back that the refund has been initiated. But till now they have not shared the transaction details with me. On every enquiry, the same reply from them that this is to be recieved from finance team and the request was sent to finance team.
Please provide me solution to receive my money back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
