LG Electronics - Refund Amount is not Done

Sales Person: Bharath from Hyderabad who called me and told me all Dasara offers which are give by the LG organization and influenced me to buy there products. On **th oct **** i placed my order through LG website on **th oct **** my order got cancelled and no one informed me about the cancellation of my order through E-Mail, Message or Call. when i tracked my order i get to know that my order got cancelled and call to service center to inform about the same thing and they told me the ticket got raised against my complain and there higher official's will get in touch to inform about status of my complain but till today i.e **th nov **** no one get contacted me my daily connecting to the service team and asking about my concern they are telling same thing daily when i talked to sales team also they are not giving the proper reasoni paid that amount through my ICICI credit card at time of paying i converted that amount in to * months emi my *st emi date is on *th nov **** i didn't pay the first emi because the sales team told me that no need of pay the emi because from our side we anisate the refund amount and from our side but still now they didn't do any thing from there side from *th nov onwards daily i am getting the calls from ICICI bank to pay the emi amount same thing also i mentioned to the LG excutive team but they are not responding properly to my concern every time i called them they are saying same thing only. I am getting ** to ** calls daily from ICICI bank *rd party team to pay my *st emi Please resolve my issue ASAP.
