Flipkart - Refund amount from flipkart was not received till now (7days completed)

Sir,I had made an order on flipkart regarding jbl flip* speaker on **/**/**...and cancelled within an hour due to some reason...I received a message from flipkart your amount will be refunded soon... I had made an chat with flipkart customer care regarding refund transaction for my order no od******************...I had cancelled my order and got message your refund has been processed on **/**/** ...and wait till **/****...I do the same and till now not received my refund amount of ₹**** in my account...I made a chat with customer care of flipkart..they rapidly sayings same thing that seller had send the refund amount....if seller had send the refund amount then where it is in between...I had not received that amount...when I request them to provide me a transaction id of refunded transaction...they are saying id had not generated...after making many questions ...they provide me only reference ID(pzt************qut**)...and when I request bankers to check this reference ID for credited amount of ₹****.. after checking they said there is no any credit entry from merchant of flipkart like this and genuinely I had not received amount in my account or not received and message of amount credited till now....guys(flipkart)..plz don't make your customers fool like this...u can cheat customer once but not every time...I had saw many of complaints are pending till now... I'm telling u that refund my amount of ₹**** or I will file a case against flipkart regarding cheating with customers in online consumer forum... resolve this issue asap.... I'm attaching some screenshots which help you to understand problem(proof)
