Dear voxya,
We booked train tickets on * October ** for journey on * December **.from secunderabad to Tirupathi.
The schedule time was*.** pm.The train got delayed for *hours**min.This was informed to us with *to*hours intervals of *+* delays.We Desided to cancel the tickets & put a mail for cancelation & refund at ****pm.
The status of Refund TDR(Ticket Deposit Receipt)showed successful..
On ** December the refund was rejected,this was informed by mail to us.
In the mail they say it's rejected as per IRCTC refund rules.
But as per the refund fule of ** sub rule * we are eligible for refund.
Hence we prey you to get our refund amount returned along with the losses of finance & hardship and mental agony caused by IRCTC.
