Sreekanth Munipally filed complaint against Red Bus on Oct 3, 2018
I booked a ticket from Hyderbad to Tuljapur on oct* and the bus was cancelled without any intimation. when i contact red bus there told to contact MSTRC counter for refund but the conuter person said there are only agency and cant refund amount. I have raised many complaint with redbus on this and there told to contact the number provided. when i contact the concern person he told the refund amount can only be collected at MSRTC at only maharastra. since i dont have relative or know person in maharastra. I request you to please refund the amount i was charged as soon as possible.
