Vinod R S filed complaint against Goibibo on May 14, 2020
On **-May I booked * rooms at hotel Roseate House New Delhi, for * nights via Trip id HTLYK***YB. While booking the hotel, we checked the refund policy which claimed ***% refund till **-July. But due to extension of lockdown period, we cancelled the hotel booking.
The Cancellation page claimed that they made refund to payment provider, but actually the amount went to goCash+ wallet. It should be credited back to my Credit Card, because there was no such mention in cancellation policy.
I raised complaint to Goibibo #******** and talked to several GoCare team representatives, but they are responding "due to coronavirus all the refunds are going to GoCash wallet. We can't help you".
I am really helpless, as such a big amount is stucked at goibibo in such a crisis situation. I need the amount back on my credit card to avoid big credit charges.
