Lazypay - Refund amount credited to lazypay but has not been adjusted in outstanding amounts by Lazypay

I have purchased a product from Flipkart by using Lazypay buy now pay later card on * March****. some reason i was cancelled the order and Flipkart initiated refund and Flipkart confirm that it was completed on * March ****. Accordingly it was credited on my Lazypay account but it is just showing on transaction statement it is still pending for adjustment on Lazypay outstanding dues.
I have already dropped a tons of emails on their official email address which is "wecare@lazypay.in" . And also have made lots of tweet regarding this but they didn't respond my queries. And i didn't get any response from their end.
They don't have any customer care number. Their executives do not active in space where can we register a complain regarding our issues. This is violation consumer rights.
