Go Air - Refund amount by Goair

Yadnesh Malvade filed complaint against Go Air on Feb 16, 2022

I had booked return ticket from Chandigarh to Mumbai on **st January'**. And my transaction done thrice while doing web check (Seat charges) in for Go Air airlines. But my first * transactions were not reflected on Go air portal but money got deducted from account twice (*** rs) and *rd transaction was done successfully.

So, when i approached to Go Air customer care then they said they have seen my * transactions and it will be reverted to me in short period of time. This communication was done ** days before and still my money is not reverted by Go air.

Kindly request you you to resolve this issue asap.
