Flights were cancelled without any specific reason and informed a day before the departure. I received a call regarding these tickets from Go-Air for a refund. I requested to get a full refund for all the tickets. It was mentioned that the refund will be credited within one working weak. However, even after two and half month, I have not received my refund.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
