Go Air - Refund not initiated

I had cancelled my ticket on *nd February **** against the booking reference :UF*D*E which is for T J Johny which was for my father and till date I have not got my return amount .*st when I being his daughter I paid through my card for * tickets in which there staff made * different ticket I do not know for what reason I had no clue.While returning it back without even informing anything after waiting for so many days calling again and again to customer care I got to know I will have to give my father's card detail for that getting my amount return on behalf of my father.But while deducting the amount they
did not bother to tell or ask regarding the card.I had given all the bank details as *st they claimed it is been transfered I had given them the statement showing no amount was transfered from go air to my father's account they had only paid me for the * ticket which is transfered to my account but I had cancelled * ticket.As they said as my father had a different pnr.
