This is about my booking ID- GOFLDD*E*D********** • - journey flight from RDP to HYD AI-*** ( tickets ************* /** /** /**). A Refund amount of ****/INR was initiated on the **th of April and subsequently, a credit note was generated with a promise to refund the above-mentioned amount by **th April-*rd May.
I would like to inform you that, I have noticed on **th April **** an attempt being made for a refund but it has been shown to failed because of a technical glitch as mentioned on the goibibo website. A note is also given on **th April the amount will be reflecting on my HDFC Bank Account by **-** Days.
As the above mention deadline is already crossed, I have requested them to kindly look into the matter but they didn't do anything. It is almost a month when the amount is refunded by the airline but they have not refunded the amount yet.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
