Mohan filed complaint against Makemy Trip on Jul 27, 2020
Dear Sir, I have booked flight ticket through makemytrip. Due to covid ** restrictions, my flight was not operational. So I requested for cancellation. Initially they approved my cancellation request and after two months they removed my cancellation request with out informing me. I called to customer care. They said that your flight company (OMANAIR) is not accepting refund requests, so you can change your ticket as OPEN for future travel. But i wont have any Idea to travel again with same travelers. So Kindly help me to resolve this issue. I have attached my flight ticket for reference.
