I’m Geeti Sthapak, writing about a distressing flight booking issue via Happyfares with GoFirst Airlines for a BAGDOGRA to DELHI flight on ****, June *th.On May **th, the flight got canceled due to operational reasons. GoFirst confirmed for full refund.and Its been one year since i have raised request for refund and no refund is received. Need clarification regarding this.
