I raised request for booking flight from Mumbai to Bangalore while proceeding a pop up came of some of happy fares I checked that and proceeded with the payment next day received the ticket it was booked for Bangalore to Mumbai, so I cancelled the booking and raised a refund request in which the refund got rejected, spoke to * customer service agent and both hung up the call on me, I am deeply grieved with their attitude and policy I want a solution.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
