I have two bookings to mookambika temple up & down on the **th & **th June with booking reference(TRNAFCFTPCAUB* & TRNAFCFTMVX*RX) for * passengers. I have cancelled * ticket out * passengers on *th and I have received the partial amount in my wallet of *** each for * booking references. Thanks, I received the refund on the same day. After * days I cancelled the remaining passenger ticket of both * references. I got the msg from IRCTC that the ticket is refunded and please collect it from your agent. Till now the money is not credit and when I keep trying to connect with **/* ibibo support they keep hesitant to respond. What do i do in this
