Travolook - Refund against cancellation of Ticket not received

On March **, **, I had booked a two way air ticket for the sector BLR-CCU-BLR thru Travolook (Refer Air Tkt No *************) I was supposed to go on *th March, **** and come back on the same day. While going to Kolkata, my flight was thru Air India (PNR No **SNVU). I chose to come back to Bangalore thru Go Air(PNR No F*P*JF). Unfortunately, due to some emergency I had to cancel it within half an hour and therefore tried to contact Travolook immediately on **** *******. Although they claim that their office is operative ** hours, I got the automated reply that it's working hours is *AM till *PM. Getting no alternative, I sent a mail to them and on the next day I called them and they told me it is not possible to cancel the flight for the Sector BLR-CCU (thru Air India) but she will cancel the return Tkt (CCU-BLR) thru Go Air. I spoke to GO air and they cancelled it and send the Credit Note to Travolook. They told me within ** working days the Travolook will get the refund of **** (****-****) and I should spk to Travolook to get it in my account. Since then I have been in touch with Travolook to get the money. Although Go Air has confirmed transferred the amount to Travolook’s account, Travolook is not returning my due amount. Every time I call them I get a stereo type reply that they have not got the payment from Go Air
