I booked air ticket for Air India from Delhi to Kochi Journey date ** March ****. But on March ** they mailed me for informing that my flight cancelled due to operational reasons. As a result the company is not refunding my amount. I mailed them twice but no positive response from their side.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
