on *th July I had ordered a few products from wonderchef which costs around *****,in that one item wonderchef gas stove of ****rs had been sent to me but I dint received i canceled d product bcz I needed another one,after that I dint get any of d remaining products,even i dint get any email regarding this,many times I have written email for refund,n contacted customer service but no response,I understand due to covid they have not been responsive but they can take orders but can't they refund,atleast they should send me email that they will get intouch with me,so now I'm lodging a complaint
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
