I had made an order with the website and they could not complete it due to lockdown. Now, it has been * months they have not initiated any refund and nor can I use the credits for another purchase. Also, not once did i get a call back from any executive from the company to resolve my query even when i have left more than ** complaint tickets.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
