Flaberry - Not delivering not refunding

I paid Flaberry around **** rs, * months back to deliver flowers and sweets. When nothing happened for * weeks, I tried to raise complaint. No customer care number, just a ticket portal which was not working. After several attempts logged a ticket and a person Avinash Pandey replied after * weeks saying they will act in a couple of weeks. It's been more * months now, they are not responding to mails and FB messages. A bogus company, scamsters. Avoid using it. I see they have cheated a lot of customers in the same manner.
