Dear Team,
I ordered roses to be delivered to my husband on Valentines day as a surprise to him at his work premises. Hence I ordered and initially the order ID never appeared in their system though it was communicated to me through email, so I tried to contact the customer service and the queue was like I am **th customer waiting to get responded, I even took a chance of waiting for my turn which never happened until *pm. I somehow later found my order number available under processing status. I thought at least by evening or by night *pm (as promised by them) the flowers would be delivered. However this never happened nor the customer care bothered to reply back. When I checked today on **th Feb **** I see the status as just Ordered and nothing else.
Such a fake company no response, never processed and totally faking its publicity to grab all the public money and totally playing with their emotions....government or the consumer forum has to take initiative to close such fake companies in welfare of the consumers. I was deeply hurted by their behavior and a total disappointment. I request someone to take a major action and get this issue and company closed at the nearest.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
