Physics Wallah - Refund

My daughter, Samriddhi Srivastava, took the admission in the fundo class month of April. but FB classes are not given schedule time as per me (at time of admission commitment). So I have exit classes the first day. But I have paid one installment and started EMI. On a monthly basis, we have complained to JUndo clases, and they have refunded my fee after many requests. But they have no close EMI option. So debit ****Rs in my savings account. We have continuously followed up with him from team Aug to till but refund has not been received. They are saying every time a refund  will credit your account with **-** days, but till date they have not gotten it. I have called many times. It did not pick up my phone (**********) and mailed cjr_support@pw.live and support@pw.live, but they have not given any response
