Ola foods - Refund

I had ordered food from ola foods and paid the said amount through gpay. Yet after *hr when the rider was not assigned I called the restaurant and found out that the restaurant has already despatched my order. But the delivery partners number or name did not show up on my app. So I was unable to call him. Ola also does not support customer care service so had to issue tickets but to no avail.
