I placed a food order through the Ola app on April **, ****, at *:** AM. The app showed an estimated delivery time of ** minutes, so I expected the order by around *:** AM. By *:** AM, the order still hadn’t arrived, so I raised an issue through the app and scheduled a callback. However, no one contacted me, and I received no updates about my order.
After the initially allotted ** minutes passed, the delivery time kept reloading and changing, without any clear status or explanation. By *:** AM, the food still had not been delivered. I attempted to contact Ola support multiple times and also tried reaching the delivery partner, but received no response.
This is completely unacceptable, especially as the order was prepaid via UPI. I am requesting a full refund to my original payment method and an official explanation for this failure. The experience caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience due to the lack of accountability, support, and transparency
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
