Ola foods - Food Order not delivered

I ordered * pizzas from ola food app ondc on **th August **** at around *am from Deshi Fusion Pizza, Indiranagar, Bangalore, Karnataka, ******. the order was not delivered we waited for an hour, called the delivery guy, delivery guys picked up call and said his vehicle broke and disconnected the call. Then we tried calling him again and he did not picked up even after calling several times. Then we tried to contact the pizza place, they also didn't picked up my calls. Now the ola food has zero customer support. No customer care number nothing. I am stuck whom to call and where to ask for refund. Please help me getting my money back
