Aakrati filed complaint against Indigo Airlines on Sep 17, 2017
I n my husband had a booking from Jaipur to Goa (pnr- O*TJSV). But we couldn't board the flight. As we arrived to the airport i noticed my husband had some rash coming on his face so we went to the doctor to concern available at emergency room to get him examined and the doctor confirmed that he had chickenpox and unfit to travel so we had to cancel our trip. So I was hoping if we can get a refund due to unforeseen medical condition.
As per the conversation with Mr. ARUN at customer care , I had emailed medical proof with our photo id's and we were told that amount will be refunded within ** days and will receive a call but never received any call or any refund.
After ** days we called again to find out but again they asked to forward the details via mail and call to confirm after sending we did the same and waited for * days as asked by customer representative but we did not receive any calls again we called and they asked to mail them again and same scenario repeated every time we called the customer care but never got any mails and replies back from the company. They really put us into inconvenience and never replied to any of the calls or emails after being told that in emergency cases we can be refunded.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
