Simran filed complaint against Myntra on Jun 6, 2021
I ordered from myntra on *th of april through net banking of rs ***** , but I cancelled the order on the same day. I saw I didn’t get refund yet after month. Then i called to myntra helpline they gave me reference no and told me to contact your bank manager. I went to bank but the manager deny to help as they don’t have any clue how to deal with this issue. Then i called the myntra help center again then they send me link to file a dispute against bank(sbi) . I raised dispute against bank through the link they send me. But it’s been * months I didn’t get single penny .
